Faye began her career in the NHS before transitioning into private practice, working for a major chemist company in Oxford and Coventry for two years before establishing herself as an independent practitioner in Coventry. In 2011, she founded Medipod Clinics, growing it from a single-practitioner practice to a thriving multidisciplinary clinic with a team of podiatrists, physiotherapists, counsellors, and audiologists. Throughout her career, Faye has demonstrated a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring client satisfaction with an ethical and professional approach. She has a special interest in minor surgery, nail surgery, and verruca management and has even published research on foot implants in two professional journals.
